The Attention Deficit Disorders Association Southern Region (ADDA-SR) is sponsoring their 30th Annual ADDA-SR Conference. This event will take place on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Monarch School in Houston, TX.

We are offering exhibit space, Take One space, advertisement space and sponsorship options to agencies, associations, businesses, schools and individuals. Information on publicity opportunities is enclosed.  Please select the options that will best reach your target audience.

This conference is designed to educate adults, parents, educators, mental health professionals and the public about ADHD.  This widespread, little understood disorder impacts the lives of many individuals, both children and adults, and those around them. Continuing education credits will be available for educators, psychologists, social workers, LPCs and LMFTs. Discounts are available for groups. A limited number of stipends (scholarships) covering registration and hotel are available for Texas individuals or families coping with ADHD.  

HIGHLIGHTS: Keynote speaker, Mark Katz, Ph.D. is a clinical and consulting psychologist in San Diego, CA, and author of the book, Children Who Fail at School but Succeed at Life: Lessons of Lives Well-Lived. Hewill present a morning and afternoon general session.  Internationally recognizedauthor Chris Zeigler Dendy, M.S. will address executive functions plus research on long-term outcomes. Two mother/daughter teams will discuss girls/women with ADHD from a personal perspective. Other breakout sessions will cover a wide variety of topics including behavior management, life skills, treatment, co-occurring conditions and classroom strategies.
